Nice design.

I used pure graphite to make sure that the holes for the hinge pins would come out in the casting.  This way I can easily drill or pull out the graphite after casting.
Waxes ready to cast.  Stay tuned.  I will photograph the castings.  They have been cast and are currently being cleaned up.  (8 cast pieces total)
